Good point. But note that these are long boiling dishes, so just about
any piece of meat will do. What do you think I lived off when a student?

Losyns or Macarows: basically pasta (they could use a ready bought pasta
for less autheticity but more convenience) boiled in stock and served
with cheese and spices. See

I remember baking in home ec classes way back when I was 13-14 years
old. Mix yeast and water (test with back of hand), add flour. Rise one
or two times. Form into loaves, rise and bake. Still basically go by
that same recipie even now.

When cooking feasts I try to have a few sets of recipie booklets to hand
out. Allways helps somone along the "One True Path To Righteousness". I
like to think.

Sounds like agood plan. Coke on the table is 'orrid.
