SC - OT: Tee-Totalers

Does it also make sense that many SCAdians I know produce what we do not use,
but rather for the enjoyment of others?  I produce cordials as gifts which are
very pleasing (I am told), but I have only had a few sips in the last year
myself.  Lady Anne de Cygne Noir produces the finest cheesecakes in the known
worlde, but rarely eats them.  Maybe this is a trait of the people who become
SCAdian???
