Please read my postings to Brenna on the possible reasons for her allergic
reaction to E-mycin- they may give you some insight. Also, you need to
consider that you may have been exposed to the active allergen in another
food. An organic food of any nature, whether meat or vegetable, consists of
many, many compounds, any of which you may have had in some other food, to
which you also have an allergy not to mention the zillions of bacteria and
molds with which the food may have become infected. If you read my commentary
on enzymes and their lock-n-key type structure, you might also extend the
analogy to cover allergens and their site-receptors. In the meantime, if
you're allergic to avocados, that just leaves more for me!!!!!!! ;-)
