SC - Newbie to list.

[Lady Starkiller]

 Greetings one and all.

 I've been lurking on this list for a while now, due to being unable to type
 due to an operation-now I'm getting better, so I can type and say hello and
 introduce myself!

 I'm not in the SCA, but I love medieval and period food, and cooking and
 brewing in general. I am the secretary in a medieval group called Companie of
 Knights Bachelor, doing 1150-1250 AD, based in the HOly Lands, on crusade.
 Geographically, our group is located in Adelaide, the capital city of South
 Australia, where there is also a strong SCA presence.

  As a Lady who enjoys food and wine, etc, I subbed to the list to get more
 info on this enjoyable hobby! So far I have learnt much, and have enjoyed all
 the postings. This has been a godsend in a number of ways, so I am very glad
 you guys are here. I look forward to learning more from your postings, and
 enjoying the list.
