I am impressed.  I once had a friend look at me in a similar situation
(Frozen lemon ice wasn't, so we scooped in ice and served it as a lemon
drink, it still worked as a palate cleanser), to which he said, 'You
know, that's what makes a truely great feastcrat.  Not having everything
planned out and working perfectly, but the ability to take something that
isn't working and change it into something that does.'  (I thought that
was a bit over-flattering for lemonade, but I have thought about that
comment at other times in similar circumstances.)
