SC - almond milk in stores

While shopping at an upscale supermarket in Chicago, I found in an aseptic
package a beverage labelled almond beverage. It said to use in any recipe
where dairy milk might be used. The ingredients are almonds, water, and
brown rice for sweetener. The product is packaged in Oregon, which means
it's probably available in a large part of the country. It's not cheap, but
neither are almonds, and the amount of time and trouble it will save are
probably worth quite a bit.
