Regina,

That's okay.  Your suggestion should be taken by any group that has
problems.  We just went thru a round of  whining, and I the same sort of
solution you mentioned, 'gee it's nice that you are complaining but since
the officers made these decisions based on suggestions from the populace,
please make new suggestions with your whining'.
Unfortunately I haven't had a lot of responses to my request.
