Phillipa,

How about a little rice flour in with your rice milk?  Or for a pudding,
some of the  puddings from scratch in older cook books call for egg to be
added.


I've been looking in the grocery stores around Pittsburgh for the milk on
the shelf, which I haven't found, but the Giant Eagle carries rice milk
in boxes.  Check the prices, as compared to a health food store.
