FWIW, my impression of Ras was that yes, G.A. Custer is indicated, but
the essential point that's been left out is that he looks like Custer as
drawn by Gary Trudeau, or possibly Berke Breathed. Kind of a cross
between Custer, Zonker, and Steve Dallas.
