Make lots more stock after throwing out your 'helpful' guest. 
Eventually, after reductions and combinings, you'll have stock that is
not TOO salty for you.  Lots of it.  Or, cook something in it that really
needs salt, such as white beans.  Or, preserve some 'corned' beef of your
own.
