The Murphy's Oil Soap they have been discussing is a vegetable oil soap that
does not dry out quickly even diluted.  It is often used on wooden floors to
add lustre to the wood while cleaning.  It may be that the oil base would
clog the spiracles, but that is certainly more your field than mine.
