Curses! Caught again in inveterate Yankee-ness! New York Yankee-ness, no
less!

There isn't anyone from Meridies who's gonna help me out here?

Cat-heads are a rather large species of buttermilk biscuit, maybe four
inches across. Eaten, in some parts of the South, with chocolate gravy
or sausage gravy.

Adamantius, who's been told by Meridiens he makes pretty good biscuits
for a dam' Yankee...
