SC - pasta info and recipes

It has been made quite clear here over the past year that Pasta definitely
was eaten from early in medieval times, although some types of pasta and
definitely any tomato sauces are more recent. Take a look at this file in
my Stefan's Florilegium for some more info on pasta and many recipes:

Polenta has been mentioned too, but I don't remember if there is much in my
files or not. Pizza-like foods have also been mentioned. Of course, these
didn't have tomato sauce either. I don't think I have put the few comments
on pizza in my files yet.
