Nope!  My breadmaker has a "dough" setting and I just let the sourdough dough
get kneaded and rise like regular dough and then take it out to shape it and
bake it into a normal loaf shape.  (I don't like the bread machine shape with
the little beater thingy in the bottom that has to be dug out of the loaf)
