milk substitutes 6/23/98
Maybe the commercial rice-milk is treated to make it *not* thicken up, since
rice is used as a thickener is some things (rice-pudding, soups...). Add a
little tapioca to your pudding, that ought to do the trick... and you could
grind it to powder if you don't want the grainy effect.
