SC - OT topics

Sorry to be a stick-in-the-mud, but recently we've been straying
really far from cooking and foods.  There are better places to
talk about fabric, or being kept awake by drums at Pennsic, etc.
*Cooking* at wars, now that's interesting.  Fabric for straining
things "through a fine cloth," that's interesting.
