Micaylah asked for griddle bread help:

1) Myself and another good Lady are planning on doing some bread on a
griddle at a camping event  this summer. I need some guidance on the
techniques, preparation, pitfalls, equipment, etc.

There is some information and recipes for griddle breads in this
file in the FOOD section of my Florilegium:

breadmaking-msg   (60K)  1/28/98    Period bread recipes and re-creations.

I recently almost doubled the size of this file to around 115K bytes but
I don't believe I've sent the new file to the website yet.
