Nadine,  I get a lot of my cookery books from Lady Deva, she had a
marvelous selection.  If they don't have it (hah!) Cindy Renfrew posted a
list of medieval booksellers, which I archived and will re-post if she
gives permission.

While the Fettiplace book is very late period, it has delicious recipes,
and is easy to follow.  I really enjoy mine.
