>Sauce Ingredients:
> 1 cup Water
> 1/2 cup Orange Juice
> 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
> 1 tsp. Butter or Margarine

>Cake Ingredients:
> 1 1/2 cup Cake Flour
> 1 tsp. Ginger
> 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
> 1/2 tsp. Coriander
> 1/2 tsp. Cloves
> 1/2 tsp. Allspice
> 1 tsp. Baking Soda
> Pinch of Salt
> 1/2 cup Margarine
> 8-12 oz. jar Apricot Jam
> 1 large Egg
> 1 cup Milk
>
>Pre-heat oven to 325-F degrees and please note that the oven must be
>pre-heated.

>Lightly grease 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish or cake pan.

>Combine water, fruit juice, sugar, butter, and salt in a saucepan and
>slowly simmer, making sure to stir occasionally while mixing other
>ingredients.

>In a separate mixing bowl combine flour, spices, baking soda, and a pinch
>of salt. Cut margarine into flour mixture. Add fruited jam, egg, and milk
