California has an amazing violent knee jerk reaction to importation of any
vegetable matter, even seeds. They even have checkpoints on various roads to
prevent bringing anything in[I didnt believe my lord until i had seen i foor
myself-something about the agricultural inddustry and nasty pests and
microbial growth being bad for the crop] I really dont believe you could get
anything in from overseas, I couldne even send in mail order potpourri!
