The only Turkish Recipe page I have marked is the one given out the
other day-  http://www.dominet.com.tr/turkey/recipes.html  - titled
Turkish Cuisine.
I can't find any sugared nut recipes,and the page is modern. 
I also found this Turkish/Ottoman page -

with a web search, but, again, no nut (or stuffed date- which sounds
great, and I'm now curious about...) recipes
If you are referring to another page, could I beg the web address? Or
the recipes?
