I usually put a thin scrape of this on hot buttered toast for breakfast
some mornings (needs lots of butter or marg). My cats also love this !!

Or same thing with bread as a cold sandwich (with less butter).

Some of my friends put a thin scrape of Vegemite on hot toast and then
top it with a poached egg.

My sister eats it as a cold sandwich with a slice of cheese between the
vegemite speread slice and the other slice.

I often use a teaspoon or so in modern cassaroles or stews to add a
little salt and darken the colour of the sauce.

	Meliora.
