SC - Frozen Scotch Eggs

We heated them on about 275 degrees f. We didn't have any problems with
them spoiling, but we heated them long enough to make sure that the
interior temp was over 155 degrees. A Nesco is a portable oven, a sort of
large crock pot. They are available at places like Sears or Walmart -- on
sale at Walmart, the 18 quart version is $59-79. You can use them like a
slow cooker to make large amounts of soup or stew, or like an oven to roast
meat, turkey, or bake bread and cake. We own two of them ourselves, and
our Barony has a couple too. They last a long time, the one we used to
have was originally my grandmother's and was about 40-50 years old when it
finally gave out.
