SC - Frozen Scotch Eggs

I'm not sure how well the eggs do frozen, but will soon...  I've got a
sample in the freezer so if someone else doesn't post their results I
will in a couple of days.  ( making a dozen the day we were leaving for
and event prompted me to test the theory )
