SC - asian recipes

Sorry for the waste of bandwidth.

Last week someone asked about medieval asian recipes; I recomended
looking at Katie Stewart's _The Joy of Eating_. Oops. She does have
asian recipes, but she admits that they are folklore or based on dubious
sources. Also, the recipes are (I think) all Chinese and the previous
poster was looking for Japanese.

It's still a good book, but not as good as I'd like it for asian stuff.
