As for the settlement claims, they say something about King Andreas the
second bringing in German knights to protect the borders, and that they
were given the right to build towns, but only because they hadf already
taken the liberty to do so.  They also admit to being thrown out by the
self same king.  It is interesting to me, as this is the area where my
persona resides, but if others want information, let me know and I can
email it privately.
