I would think the taste would be altered a bit... oranges are not as
sharp as lemons but it should still be good.

> Thanks.  No I am not allergic to oranges.  I will definately have to try that.  I know that some cheesecake receipes call for lemon juice, could orange juice be used in place of the lemon juice.  Or would that make the cheese cake taste differently?
