The plant is a common weed found most everywhere in the US, Europe, Asia and
Canada. I will see if I can find a website where it is shown. So far as
recipes go., any recipe used for spinach will work for Lamb's Quarter's. There
is also the French recipe recently debated which I am still convinced calls
for this plant. The results of a mini-experiment using chicken breasts and
spinach were astonishingly good! :-)
