SC - Clean-up

Now that my computer has recovered from its nasty virus, I can chime in
here.  I firmly and completely believe that the cook should NEVER have
to clean the kitchen after an event. Make certain that it is clean, yes.
Actually clean, no.  There is far too much expected out of cooks to
expect them to also do the dishes, etc.
