SC - Galningale

I havea fantastic recipe for Galingale Liqeur (yes, THE Galingale Liqeur),
the very same famous Galingale Liqeur recipe that has often been emulated
but never duplicated except by my brother Egil the Dane who got it from ME.
 My first original culinary invention! I may be willing to part with it if
you're very very nice. *Everything* depends upon the quality of the
galingale you get (and fresh-frozen is MILES better than dried). Just try
it in a Galantine! You'll notice the difference in a nanosecond.

I also got Raisin Wine liqeur and Sage-Lemon liqeur if there are any takers
out there.

I am not claiming that any of this is documentable, BTW. Just very very
yummy.

Aoife---who now has to dig through those files and find her original
stinkin' recipes. BTW  I'd appreciate credit for the recipes since they are
original to ME.
