I think we have two groups when it come to food.

I would call them those that

Eat while dreaming

and those that

Eat of the Dream

The first is people who just want to eat at events etc and don't want
the Taco Bell wrappers taking away from things
The latter are those (especially on this list) that want to cook and eat
period food.
The thing that many don't know is that many period foods are quite easy,
tasty, and economical.
And though there are Odd or Expensive (money and time) dishes in period
there are at least as many that are straight forward.

Thanks Anne-Marie for reminding use how simple it can be to keep food
period.

A class on "preserving" foods would be great.  I.E: Things one could
make or take to events that don't require ice.
