As do I more and more, and believe you me, I'm seeing health problems clear up
because of it.. it takes as much time to undo something like this as it does
to do it unfortunately.

Yes, and the Japanese didn't have nearly the report levels of "Western
Diseases" even twenty years ago that they do now. Isn't modern life wonderful?
