SC - Rosemary Bread

Does anyone have a good recipe for rosemary bread?

Normally, I'm a bread purest and don't make (or even like) flavored breads,
but I tried some rosemary bread at a trendy Italian restaurant this week and
loved it.

Naturally, an authentice medieval/renaissance recipe would be best, but I'll
happily accept a modern recipe as well.
