SC - Re: Galingale and verjuice.

     Has anyone tried freezing it?  Could it be frozen,like some do for 
     broth, in ice trays for portion control later?

Hi all from Anne-Marie
I find that it molds very quickly after opening (not acidic enoucgh, I 
guess) even when stored in the fridge.
