I am as usual six weeks behind on this list, but in a quick scan I
didn't see any replies to this query so I'll reply myself.  The Ostgardr
cooking page at http://www.adelphi.edu/~sbloch/sca/cooking/ includes
several articles by Lady Rufina Cambrensis about "Cooler-Free Camp Cooking".
