Anyone want to do taste tests for grains of paradise next? What proportion
of ginger and pepper can approximate them in a pinch?

PS...think of it like those pages at the back of your moms old cookbooks,
where there's pages of "if you dont have buttermilk, you can use milk and
vinegar..."
