SC - German potato salad dressing

Pennsylvania Dutch (a corruption of the original Pennsylvania Deutsch) cooking
isn't different from German cooking, it just encompasses more than German
cooking.  The original settlers were Moravians, Mennonites from Switzerland &
Holland, German Brethren called Dunkards, Schwenkfelders from Silesia, and
French Huguenots from Alsace-Lorraine.  All of these homeland regions, plus
additions from native contact, are represented in the traditional recipes we
know as Pennsylvania Dutch.
