     That's what I did at my last feast, I used a commercial salad dressing 
     mix and I just taped an empty packet to a piece of paper.  
     Interestingly, though, no one asked to see the ingredient lists.  I 
     left a copy at the gate where people were paying for feast and I kept 
     a copy in the kitchen.

Include the name of the product & make sure to have the container or label 
with an ingredients panel available if someone needs to ask for further 
detail.
