your left hand and munch while moving web-crawling 'mouse' with right
hand.  ;-)  Or put on confection tray for company.

I think there are some late period recipes for making it--Digby, perhaps?
 It's old world--via Persia, maybe came home with Crusaders and Brother
Cadfael?
