The price is also being affected by the good economy. Since people are
making more money or at least feel they have more to spend, they are
buying more ice cream and the higher grades of it. The higher grades
have more cream in them. Thus with the increased demand for the cream
the price goes up.

So you all go back to the low-fat ice cream and leave that rich, fatty
stuff for me.
