Tes. The amount od THC in the seed is extremely low and would cause no
pschotropic symptems but there is enough for the drugs tests to read positive.
Of course, you run the same riskm walking by a person's window if they are
smoking pot. Unfortunately the unduly restrictive regulations and laws
regarding this matter do not take casual contact into account when prescribing
penalties. Considering that the use of a breath freshener can cause a positive
reading on a breath anylizer this oversight on the part of our 'leaders'
really doesn't surprise me. 

BTW, eating baked goods with poppy seeds will also cause a positive reaction
to teats looking for heroin or codiene or whatever other type of opiate they
test for.  Yes, folks these people who claim to be looking after your best
interests really do base their decisions on the results of unreliable and
oftentimes, totally misleading data.
