The thing is, is if you clean up as you go..you are assured of 
cleared counter space for other parts of the cooking process, no 
cross-contamination of flavorings (of which I have had some BAD 
experiences lol) and the satisfaction of knowing that the kitchen 
doesnt even look like someone cooked in there except for the dirty 
plates and silverware..but you produced an awesome meal..hehe. Tho..I 
do agree with not having to do the actual plates and silverware..even 
tho I normally get stuck with doing it anyways...it just makes it 
easier for the finishing clean up if everything else is done.
