My Thanksgiving Menu:

Turkey, (rubbed with butter, salt, and pepper and stuffed with 1 apple, 1
stalk celery, and 1 onion, then roasted)

Ham, (basted with sauce made from brown sugar, mustard, and crushed pineapple)

Homemade rye bread with caraway seeds

Potato Salad (potatoes, celery, onion, boiled egg, sweet pickle, mayonnaise)

Green Bean Casserole (fresh frozen green beans, mushroom soup, x-tra sharp
cheddar, onion rings)

Candied Yams (yams, brown sugar, raisins, vanilla, eggs)

Spinach Tarte (spinach, butter, cream, eggs, sugar, raisins, nuts)

Cheese Pie (Extra sharp cheddar, saltine crackers, butter, milk)

French Lattice Apple Pie (Pastry, apples, sugar, cornstarch) 

Pecan Pie (Pastry, corn syrup, pecans)

Cherry-and-cottage-cheese Pie (canned cherries, graham cracker crust, cottage
cheese) (My youngest's creation, now a tradition)
