Yes in fact I do. :-) Simply run your text editor. Type in the words
'Recipe/documentation, Please?'. Save it as rdp.txt in your handy 'Cook's
List' folder. 

When mention is made of some potentially luscious recipe on the list or when a
questionable bit of info is posted, simply open the file; copy it and then
paste it into the body of the Send Now message. It is tidy and oftentimes
brings a mailbox full of recipes and useful bits of information. :-)
