SC - Bread Bowl Eqivalents

My German cookbook is full of recipes for pasteten--the little pies as
'Lainie describes.  Margaret had a (Italian?) recipe for some with a
cheese filling that were rather like pierogi; we did them for her feast.

It's 3:46AM.  I'll translate some German recipies and post later, if
folks really want them.  They are handy.  We did three types for an event
in Naples, Florida, but I don't think I still have the translations or
redactions--lost in the shuffle, I guess.


Since I've got the recipes, I am desparate to see the illustration!  Be
nice to have visual documentation, if you'd be so kind, 'Lainie.
