SC - Price of butter

re: price of butter...
on this coast its cuz cows cant swim :). seriously, el nino killed a lot of
cows in so cal, which means our local dairires can charge an arm and leg
for THEIR milk.

Interestingly, it means that organic locally produced butter is about the
same price as the generic stuff, so I can justify it.

as for other prices, we've seen feast costs spiral every year. Folks whine
but usually settle down when you point out that EVERYTHING is more
expensive these days. 

What to do about it? Make sure they're getting their moneys' worth. Unique,
authentic and outstanding food, that rocks the tastebuds and is
interestingly served. Excellent entertainment that doesnt interfere with
good food and good comapny.
