You can add Lions Gate in An Tir to that list.  We also provide candles on
the tables.  I believe other groups in An Tir also do so.

	The shire that just held Coronation in the Outlands, Nahrun Kabirun,
	provided candles in a decorative holder and table linens for the
feast.
