 (and no it is not only for metric to us conversions...it will increase or 
whatever... read the instruction on line...)

Staples has MasterCook for under 10 bucks. It is an excellent 
cookbook/recipe
program which not only allows entries but also converts, provides complete
nutritional information, generates shopping lists, menu planning,  and many
other nice functions.
