Thank you. If all goes well, I may take you up on that offer if Ras doesn't
send me enough and I REALLY enjoy making cheese. I am slightly intimidated
by the aspect of making cheese but have a feeling that its easier than I'm
thinking. Aoife has been a very large help as well.
