SC - Jeff Smith Cook book " Keeping the feast"

I own it, I like it. But it has no biblio.( I wonder if I write him could
he give me one?) He states that he has altered some of the recipes and
tells why and how but does not give the original. But at $2.99 - BUY IT
is my recommendation. The recipes are good and the history and discussion
